心理护理干预对四肢骨折术后患者疼痛的影响

Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Pain of Patients with Limb Fracture

目的分析心理护理干预对四肢骨折术后患者疼痛的影响。方法此次研究的对象是选择2019年7月至2020年7月来本院救治的四肢骨折术后疼痛患者98例,将患者随机分为对照组(49例)和研究组(49例)。对照组采取常规护理的护理方式,研究组在常规护理的基础上增加心理护理,比较两组患者的不良情绪改善情况、疼痛缓解情况及整体护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较无差异(P>0.05);护理后,研究组患者的SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分比较无差异(P>0.05);护理后,研究组患者的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预应用于四肢骨折术后疼痛患者中,能有效缓解患者的疼痛程度,改善患者的心理状况,提升整体护理质量。

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing intervention on pain of patients with limb fracture after operation.Methods The object of this study is to select 98 patients with postoperative pain after limb fractures who came to our hospital for treatment from July 2019 to July 2020.The patients were randomly divided into a control group(49 cases)and a study group(49 cases).The control group took conventional nursing care,and the study group added psychological care on the basis of conventional nursing,and compared the improvement of bad mood,pain relief and overall nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients’Self-rating Anxiety scale(SAS)score and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score(P>0.05);after nursing,the SAS score of the study group was compared with The SDS Scores were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the visual analog scale(VAS)scores of the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after nursing,the VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the study group patients the nursing satisfaction of the patients was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention is applied to patients with postoperative pain of limb fractures,which can effectively relieve the pain of the patients,improve the psychological condition of the patients,and improve the overall quality of care.
