优质护理对降低阴道分娩产后出血的临床护理效果

Effect of High-quality Nursing on Reducing Postpartum Hemorrhage of Vaginal Delivery

目的分析优质护理对减少阴道分娩产后出血的临床效果。方法本研究选取2018年3月至2019年3月我院收治的阴道分娩产妇92例。通过随机单复数分组的方法将产妇分为两组,对照组与观察组产妇数量均为46例。所有产妇均选择阴道分娩,对照组辅助进行常规护理方法,观察组产妇接受优质护理方法。对比两组产妇产后出血量、出血率及负性情绪变化。结果观察组产妇护理满意度(95.65%)要高于对照组(78.26%),产妇产后2 h出血量、产后24 h出血量、产后出血率均少于对照组,P<0.05;两组产妇护理前SDS与SAS评分无区别,护理后观察组产妇低于护理前及对照组,P<0.05。结论为阴道分娩产妇提供优质护理措施可减少产妇产后出血量,还可减轻产妇负性情绪的发生,有助于产妇产后恢复,提高产妇临床护理满意度。

Objective To analyze and observe the clinical effect of high-quality nursing on reducing postpartum hemorrhage of vaginal delivery.Methods The study was carried out from March 2018 to March 2019,92 cases of vaginal delivery were selected.The number of parturients in the control group and the observation group was 46 cases.All parturients chose vaginal delivery,the control group was assisted by routine nursing,the observation group received high-quality nursing.The amount of postpartum hemorrhage,bleeding rate and negative emotional changes were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group’s maternal nursing satisfaction rate(95.65%)was higher than that of the control group(78.26%).The amount of bleeding in 2 hours after delivery,the amount of bleeding in 24 hours after delivery,and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage were all lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;there was no difference in SDS and SAS scores before nursing between the two groups,the observation group after nursing was lower than that before nursing and the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Providing high-quality nursing measures for vaginal delivery women can reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,reduce the occurrence of negative emotions,help the postpartum recovery and improve the clinical nursing satisfaction of women.
