综合护理干预对妊娠糖尿病致胎儿宫内窘迫的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Fetal Distress Caused by Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析综合护理干预对妊娠糖尿病致胎儿宫内窘迫的影响。方法选取我院2017年9月至2018年9月收治的102例妊娠糖尿病致胎儿宫内窘迫患者。根据双盲分组方法将患者分为对照组(n=51,采取常规护理方法)和观察组(n=51,采取综合护理干预)。对比不同护理措施对患者产生的影响。结果观察组患者护理满意度、护理后空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖改善效果、胎心率、胎动、24 h尿雌三醇改善效果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为妊娠糖尿病致胎儿宫内窘迫的患者提供综合护理干预,有助于调节患者的血糖水平,减少低血糖情况的发生,并改善患者的临床症状,改善胎盘及胎心功能。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on fetal distress caused by gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 102 cases of fetal distress caused by gestational diabetes mellitus were admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018.According to the double blind grouping method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 51 cases in each groups.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.To compare the effects of different nursing measures on patients.Results In the observation group,the satisfaction of nursing,the improvement of fasting blood glucose after nursing and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose,the improvement of fetal heart rate,fetal movement,and 24 hours urinary estriol were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with intrauterine fetal distress caused by gestational diabetes mellitus can adjust blood glucose level,reduce hypoglycemia,improve clinical symptoms,improve placenta and fetal heart function detection.
