口腔护理干预对All-on-4种植即刻修复患者口腔健康的影响

Effect of Oral Care Intervention on the Oral Health of Patients with All-on-4 Implants for Immediate Restoration

目的分析口腔护理干预对All-on-4种植即刻修复患者口腔健康的影响。方法基于随机数字法将本院2019年3月至2020年4月收治的患者分为对照组(采取常规护理)及试验组(采取口腔护理干预),每组30例。分析两组患者口腔健康行为,采取OHIP-14评估两组患者治疗前后口腔健康情况。结果接受护理干预前,两组患者OHIP-14各领域评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),接受护理干预后,试验组患者刷牙次数、刷牙时间、刷牙方式均优于对照组患者,且功能限制、生理性疼痛、心理不适、生理障碍、心理障碍、社交障碍、残障评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取口腔护理干预对All-on-4种植即刻修复患者口腔健康有着积极影响,不但可以提升患者口腔健康意识,也可以提升治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of oral care intervention on the oral health of patients with All-on-4 implants for immediate restoration.Methods Based on the random number method,the patients admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to April 2020 were divided into a control group(taking routine care)and an experimental group(taking oral care intervention),with 30 cases in each group.The oral health behavior of the two groups of patients was analyzed,and OHIP-14 was used to evaluate the oral health of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results Before receiving nursing intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in OHIP-14 scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After receiving nursing intervention,the number of times,brushing time,and the way of brushing teeth in the experimental group were better than those in the control group.The scores of functional limitation,physical pain,psychological discomfort,physical disorder,psychological disorder,social disorder,and disability were all lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking oral care intervention has a positive effect on the immediate restoration of patients’oral health with All-on-4 implantation,which can not only improve patients’oral health awareness,but also improve the treatment effect.
