整体护理对慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者的效果观察

目的探究整体护理对慢性阻塞性肺气肿(COPE)患者的效果。方法此次研究采取随机盲选法,将2018年6月至2019年7月在我院进行治疗的COPE患者76例作为研究的对象,对照组38例采取常规护理方法,观察组38例采取整体护理方法。比较两组护理效果。结果(1)观察组SAS评分、SDS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)两组FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC两项肺功能指标水平比较,护理后,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)两组护理总满意度比较,观察组(94.74%)显著高于对照组(76.31%)(P<0.05)。结论COPE患者实施整体护理的临床效果显著,能显著提高患者对护理服务的满意程度能,改善患者心理状态及肺功能。

Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema.Methods Seventy-six patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to July 2019 were divided into two groups,with an average of 38 cases in each group.Among them,the control group received routine nursing,the observation group received overall nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results(1)The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).(2)Comparing the levels of the two pulmonary function indexes,FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC between the two groups,after nursing,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference in data between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparing the total satisfaction of nursing nursing between the two groups,the observation group(94.74%)was significantly higher than the control group(76.31%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of holistic care for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema is significant,which can significantly increase the patient’s satisfaction with the nursing service,and improve the patient’s psychological state and lung function.
