综合护理方案用于急性胃炎患者中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Plan in Patients with Acute Gastritis

目的分析急性胃炎患者实施综合护理方案取得的临床效果。方法研究活动于2018年3月至2019年3月展开,挑选该时间段接诊的急性胃炎患者94例。通过随机单复数分组法将患者分为两组,对照组与观察组患者数量均为47例。在相同治疗方案基础上,对照组患者接受常规性护理措施,观察组患者采用综合护理方案。对比不同护理措施取得的效果。结果观察组患者护理满意度(95.74%)低于对照组(78.72%),P<0.05;观察组患者住院时间短于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,P<0.05。护理前两组患者的生活质量评分无区别(P>0.05);护理后观察组患者的物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能以及社会功能评分都明显高于护理前及对照组,P<0.05。结论急性胃炎患者接受临床治疗中辅助性提供综合护理方案,有利于减轻患者疼痛程度,快速改善患者病情,缩短患者住院时间,提高患者生活质量及临床护理满意度。

Objective To analyze and observe the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing program for patients with acute gastritis.Methods The study was carried out from March 2018 to March 2019.94 patients with acute gastritis were selected.The patients were divided into two groups by the method of random single complex grouping.The number of patients in the control group and the observation group was 47.On the basis of the same treatment plan,the patients in the control group received routine nursing measures,and the patients in the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing plan.The effect of different nursing measures was compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group(95.74%)is lower than that of the control group(78.72%),P<0.05.The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.There was no difference in the quality of life scores of the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);the material life,physical function,psychological function and social function scores of the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those of the pre-nursing and control group,P<0.05.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of acute gastritis patients,it is helpful to provide comprehensive nursing plan,which can reduce the degree of pain,improve the patient’s condition quickly,shorten the patient’s hospitalization time,improve the patient’s quality of life and clinical nursing satisfaction.
