过敏性皮炎患者护理中饮食干预的运用分析

Analysis on the Application of Dietary Intervention in Nursing of Patients with Allergic Dermatitis

目的本次试验将采用饮食护理干预的形式对过敏性皮炎患者进行临床病情改善分析。方法本次试验选取了2019年1~7月前来本院就诊的过敏性皮炎患者84例作为调研对象。随机分为对照组(采用常规护理措施,42例)与观察组(采用饮食护理干预,42例),分析两组护理效果。结果观察组患者的治疗依从率为97.62%,显著高于对照组的85.71%(P<0.05)。观察组复发率为4.76%(2/42),明显低于对照组的11.90%(5/42)(P<0.05)。观察组治愈时间为(5.69±1.12)d,短于对照组的(7.19±2.02)d(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度为92.9%,明显高于对照组的83.3%(P<0.05)。结论采用饮食护理干预措施能够更好地提升患者的生活质量,提高治疗依从性。

Objective This experiment will adopt the form of diet nursing intervention to analyze the clinical improvement of patients with allergic dermatitis.Methods This experiment selected 84 patients with allergic dermatitis who came to our hospital from January 2019 to July 2019 as the research objects.Randomly divided into a control group(using conventional nursing measures,42 cases)and an observation group(using diet nursing intervention,42 cases),and the nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was 97.62%,which was significantly higher than 85.71%of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was 4.76%(2/42),which was significantly lower than the 11.90%(5/42)in the control group(P<0.05).The cure time of the observation group was(5.69±1.12)days,which was shorter than that of the control group(7.19±2.02)days(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was 92.9%,which was significantly higher than 83.3%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting dietary nursing intervention measures can better improve the quality of life of patients and improve treatment compliance.
