血清Gal-3、MMP-14与慢性心力衰竭心室重塑的相关性分析

Correlation between serum Gal-3,MMP-14 and ventricular remodeling in patients with chronic heart failure

目的:探讨血清半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)、基质金属蛋白酶-14(MMP-14)与慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心室重塑的相关性。方法:80例冠心病患者,采用彩色多普勒超声检查心室重塑指标左室质量指数(LVMI)、左房内径(LAD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、左室短轴缩短率(LVFS)];采用全自动生化分析仪检测血清Gal-3、MMP-14水平,按是否发生CHF分为心力衰竭组与非心力衰竭组。结果:80例冠心病患者发生CHF 42例(52.5%);心力衰竭组Gal-3、MMP-14水平高于非心力衰竭组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心力衰竭组LVMI、LAD、LVDd均大于非心力衰竭组,LVFS低于非心力衰竭组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);LVMI、LAD、LVDd与血清Gal-3、MMP-14均呈正相关,LVFS与血清Gal-3、MMP-14呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病CHF患者血清Gal-3、MMP-14水平与心室重塑密切相关,Gal-3、MMP-14水平越高,患者心室重塑越严重。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum galectin-3(Gal-3),matrix metalloproteinase-14(MMP-14)and ventricular remodeling in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:80 patients with coronary heart disease were selected,and the indexes of left ventricular remodeling(LVMI),left atrial diameter(LAD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDd)and left ventricular short fractional shortening(lVFS)were detected by color Doppler ultrasound,and the serum levels of Gal-3 and MMP-14 were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer.Patients were divided into heart failure group and non-heart failure group according to the occurrence of CHF.Results:Among the 80 patients with coronary heart disease,CHF occurred in 42 cases;the levels of Gal-3 and MMP-14 in heart failure group were higher than those in non-heart failure group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);LVMI,LAD and LVDd in heart failure group were higher than those in non-heart failure group,and LVFS was lower than that in non-heart failure group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);LVMI,LAD and LVDd were positively correlated with serum levels of Gal-3 and MMP-14,while LVFS was negatively correlated with serum Gal-3 and MMP-14(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum levels of Gal-3 and MMP-14 are closely related to ventricular remodeling in CHF patients with coronary heart disease,the higher the levels of Gal-3 and MMP-14,the more serious the ventricular remodeling is for patients with CHF.
