贝那普利联合通心络胶囊对急性心肌梗死急诊PCI患者的康复作用

Rehabilitation effects of benazepril combined with Tongxinluo capsule on emergency PCI patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的:探讨贝那普利联合通心络胶囊对急性心肌梗死(AMI)急诊经皮冠脉介入治疗(PCI)患者的康复治疗作用。方法:92例AMI急诊PCI患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组术后口服贝那普利,观察组在对照组的基础上加用通心络胶囊治疗。比较两组心肌微循环状况、心功能指标和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组心肌微循环TIMI分级优于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论:贝那普利联合通心络胶囊可改善AMI急诊PCI患者心肌微循环,促进心功能恢复,提高康复效果。

Objective:To investigate rehabilitative effect of benazepril combined with Tongxinluo capsule on PCI patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:92 AMI patients were randomized into the control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group were treated with benazepril after operation,while another 46 cases in the observation group were treated with Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of the treatment for the control group.Myocardial microcirculation,cardiac function and incidence of adverse reactions in patients were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the TIMI grading of myocardium microcirculation in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that in the control group,the left ventricular enddiastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);and there were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Benazepril combined with Tongxinluo capsule can improve myocardial microcirculation,accelerate the recovery of cardiac function,and improve the rehabilitation effects in AMI patients with emergency PCI.
