通督温肾法温针灸联合独活寄生汤治疗肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症伴疼痛的效果分析

Clinical efficacy of Tongdu Wenshen warming acupuncture and moxibustion method combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with pain due to liver and kidney deficiency

目的:探讨通督温肾法温针灸联合独活寄生汤治疗肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)伴疼痛的临床疗效。方法:126例肝肾亏虚型LDH伴疼痛患者随机分成两组,对照组63例,采用中药汤剂独活寄生汤治疗;观察组63例,采用通督温肾法温针灸联合独活寄生汤治疗。治疗21 d后,观察、分析两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、腰椎功能。结果:观察组总有效率95.2%,高于对照组73.0%;治疗后,观察组疼痛程度及腰椎功能改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通督温肾法温针灸联合独活寄生汤治疗肝肾亏虚型LDH伴疼痛患者的临床疗效比单独用独活寄生汤治疗的效果更好。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tongdu Wenshen warming acupuncture and moxibustion method combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency-type lumbar disc herniation(LDH)with pain.Methods:126 cases of liver and kidney deficiency-type LDH patients complicated with pain were randomized into two groups,63 cases in the control group were given Duhuo Jisheng decoction,while another 63 cases in the observation group were treated with Tongdu Wenshen warming acupuncture and moxibustion methods.After 21 d,the clinical efficacy,pain degree and lumbar function of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.2%,which was higher than73.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the pain degree and lumbar function of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongdu Wenshen warming acupunctureand moxibustion methods combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction has good clinical effects on liver and kidney deficiency-type LDH patients complicated with pain.
