中药穴位敷贴治疗高血压的效果

Effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on hypertension

目的:研究中药穴位敷贴治疗高血压的效果。方法:102例高血压患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各51例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加中药穴位敷贴治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血压变异性、血管内皮功能及不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率96.08%,高于对照组84.31%(P<0.05);观察组24 h血液收缩压、舒张压变异性低于对照组,血管内皮功能恢复优于对照组(P<0.05);两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论:中药穴位敷贴结合常规疗法治疗高血压患者有助于降低血压变异性,改善血管内皮功能,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on hypertension.Methods:102 patients with hypertension were randomized into two group,each with 51 cases.The control group were given conventional treatment,while the observation group were treated with TCM acupoint application on the basis of the treatment for the control group.Then,the clinical efficacy,blood pressure variability,vascular endothelial function and adverse reactions of patients were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.08%,higher than 84.31%of the control group(P<0.05);the variation of blood systolic and diastolic pressure at 24 h in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the recovery of vascular endothelial function was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);and there were no obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:TCM acupoint application combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of hypertension patients is helpful to reduce the variability of blood pressure,improve vascular endothelial function,and improve the therapeutic effect in patients with hypertension.
