脑血管介入相关造影剂脑病的研究进展

Research progress of cerebrovascular intervention-related contrast-induced encephalopathy

全脑血管造影是脑血管疾病诊断的金标准,随着脑血管介入诊疗技术的发展,血管内介入治疗因其创伤小、安全性高成为大多数脑血管疾病治疗的首选。但术中造影剂的应用导致的并发症也随之而来,造影剂脑病是临床少见的并发症,临床表现复杂多样,一般为可逆性,但也有不可逆性的不良结局报告,为了避免造影剂脑病造成不可逆性损害,必须早确诊、早治疗。本文拟从机制、相关因素、临床表现、诊断、治疗及预后对脑血管介入相关性造影剂脑病进行综述。

Digital subtraction angiography is the gold standard for the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.With the development of cerebrovasculoar interventional technology,endovascular interventional therapy has become the first choice for the treatment of most cerebrovascular diseases because of its low trauma and high safety.However,complications caused by the application of contrast agents during the operation also followed.Contrast-induced encephalopathy is a rare clinical complication with complex and diverse clinical manifestations,which are generally reversible,but there are also reports of irreversible adverse outcomes.In order to avoid irreversible damage caused by contrast-induced encephalopathy,early diagnosis and early treatment are necessary.This article intends to review cerebrovascular intervention-related contrast-induced encephalopathy from the mechanism,related risk factors,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.
