Start a New Journey in a New Stage and Promote the High-Quality Development of Educational Research in All Aspects

党的十八大以来,特别是《教育部关于加强新时代教育科学研究工作的意见》印发以来,教育科研战线围绕中心、服务大局,研究方向更加明确,创新举措更加务实,协同创新更加高效,队伍水平持续提升,为教育改革发展做出了重要贡献。面对"建设高质量教育体系"的重大部署,教育科研战线要认识形势变化、认识教育格局、认识自身定位,自觉适应新形势、迎接新挑战。为开创新时代教育科研高质量发展新局面,教育科研战线要注重政治性,切实加强党对教育科研工作的全面领导;注重实践性,扎实开展"三关"重大教育理论和实践问题研究;注重规律性,强力提升教育科研质量;注重系统性,持续提高教育科研治理水平;注重时代性,全面提高教育科研的敏锐度;注重专业性,大力提振教育科研的专业自信。

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),especially the promulgation of the Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Strengthening Educational Research in the New Era,focusing on the central tasks of the CPC Central Committee and the services to the overall situation of the country’s socioeconomic development,the educational research front has further clarified the orientation to research,taken more pragmatic creative measures,made more effective collaborative innovations,and unremittingly improved the quality of the educational research personnel,thus making significant contributions to the reform and development of education. Confronted with the great deployment of building a high-quality education system,the educational research front is supposed to realize the changed situation,the pattern of education and the orientations to educational research,consciously adapt to the new situation,and meet new challenges. To open up a new situation for the high-quality development of educational research in the new era,the educational research front needs to strengthen the CPC’s overall leadership in educational research at the political level,highlight the research into major educational theories and practices that the CPC Central Committee,the public and the social circles are concerned about at the practical level,respect the laws of educational research and improve its quality,stress the systematic and continuous improvement of educational research governance,emphasize more acute educational research in the new era,and improve professional self-confidence in education research.
