摘要
对比了GBAT 10863-2011中烟道式余热锅炉余热利用率与GBA 10180-2017、GB/T 10184-2015中锅炉效率的计算方法,分析了GB/T 10863-2011对于烟道式余热锅炉的适用性。除排烟热损失外,可燃气体不完全燃烧热损失、可燃固体不完全燃烧热损失、散热损失、灰渣物理热损失,GB/T 10863-2011的计算与GB/T 10180-2017基本一致。对于排烟热损失,当余热资源可燃物质含量较高时,GB/T 10863-2011计算的出口烟气体积偏小,排烟热损失偏小。对于此种情况,建议按照GB/T 10180-201了中烟气体枳的计算方法计算余热锅炉出口烟气体积。
The calculation method of utilization ratio of waste heat for the gas pass heat recovery boiler in GB/T 10863-2011 was compared with the calculation method of boiler efficiency in GB/T 10180-2017 and GB/T 10184-2015.The applicability of the calculation method in GB/T 10863-2011 to gas pass heat recovery boiler was analyzed.For the loss due to incomplete combustion of combustible gases,the loss due to incomplete combustion of combustible solids,the loss due to surface radiation and convection,and the loss due to sensible heat of residue,the calculation method in GB/T 10863-2011 is basically the same as that in GB/T 10180-2017.For loss due to flue gas,as the combustible substance content in waste heat resource is high,the outlet flue gas volume calculated by GB/T 10863-2011 is relatively small,and the loss due to flue gas is correspondingly small.In this case,it is recommended to calculate the flue gas volume at the outlet of the gas pass heat recovery boiler according to the calculation method of flue gas volume in GB/T 10180-2017.
