摘要
灭菌容器结构的安全性使用是生产企业关心的问题。基于有限元法,对某公司设计的某型号灭菌容器结构建立三维有限元模型,并根据模拟结果分别进行第四强度理论和局部应力强度分类评定。结果表明:基于第四强度理论评定,超过屈服极限的区域极小,仍满足强度要求;基于局部应力评定,夹层耐压试验下满足强度要求,而外筒体内腔试验应力强度评定未通过,但满足正常工况下强度要求。研究结果为灭菌器结构的设计提供参考依据。
The safe use of sterilized container structure is a problem concerned by manufacturers.Based on the finite element method,a three-dimensional finite element model was established for the structure of a sterilizing vessel designed by a company.Further,the structure was valuated by the Fourth Strength Theory and the Local Stress Intensity Classification according to the results,respectively.The results show that the area larger than the yield limit is very small and still meets the strength requirements based on the Fourth Strength Theory.Furthermore,based on the Local Stress Intensity Classification,the strength of the sterilized vessel structure meets the requirements under the sandwich pressure test,while the stress intensity assessment of the outer tube and inner cavity test fails to pass,but meets the strength requirements under normal working conditions.The results provide the reference for the structure design of the sterilizer.
