摘要
起重机作为特种设备广泛应用于工业生产,因此对其安全性能有严格的要求,故对起重机进行安全评价意义重大。由于起重机械构造复杂,零部件众多,在工作中会出现各种动态、静态的失效行为,但传统的故障树只能分析静态失效行为,而T-S动态故障树采用动静态结合的方式进行失效分析,该方法可以最大限度地接近真实工况。本文采用T-S动态故障树分析法对桥式起重机结构进行安全评价,构建箱型双梁通用桥式起重机安全评价的故障树模型,通过T-S动态故障树求解计算,得出起重机在不同时间段的故障率,并通过计算分析重要度得到在不同时间段对系统故障影响较大的因素,从而可据此预防事故。
Cranes are widely used in industrial production as a special equipment,which they have strict requirements on the safety performance,so it is significant to evaluate the safety performance of cranes.Due to the complicated structure,numerous components and various dynamic and static failure behaviors at work.The traditional fault tree can only analyze the static failure behaviors,instead the T-S dynamic fault tree analyzing both dynamic and static failure behaviors can be as close as possible to reality.This paper uses the T-S dynamic fault tree analysis method to evaluate the safety of the bridge crane structure,constructs a fault tree model for the safety evaluation of the box-type double-beam general bridge crane,and calculates the crane faults1 rates in different periods based on the T-S dynamic fault tree,They by calculating and analyzing the importance of different factors that have a greater impact on the system failure in different periods,preventive measures can be taken in a targeted manner.
