摘要
本文通过断口分析、材质分析和力学分析对电梯制动器顶杆螺拴的断裂失效进行了分析与研究。经过分析研究发现:顶杆螺栓断裂形式为脆性断裂。断裂部分非金属杂质含量较高,造成顶杆螺检的塑性和韧性降低;顶杆螺栓与紧固螺母间预紧力过大会使联接件在过载时被拉断,而过小的预紧力会使联接面松动,造成顶杆螺栓受到其他的附加应力作用而产生裂纹,最终发生脆性断裂。
This paper analyzes and studies the fracture failure of elevator brake mandrel bolts through fracture analysis,material analysis and mechanical analysis.After analysis and research,it was found that the fracture form of the mandrel bolt was brittle fracture,and the content of non-metallic impurities in the fractured part was high,which caused the reduction of the plasticity and toughness of the mandrel bolt;the excessive pretension between the mandrel bolt and the tightening nut caused the coupling to It is broken when overloaded,and the excessively small preload force will loosen the coupling surface,causing the mandrel bolt to be cracked by other additional stresses,and eventually brittle fracture.
