摘要
目的了解中国疾病预防控制中心成立以来的专利申请和授权情况,为专利管理工作和疾控科技创新提供建议。方法利用中华人民共和国国家知识产权局专利检索及分析网站,检索和收集中国疾控中心成立以来申请专利情况,并对专利申请趋势、法律状态、申请机构及技术领域等进行分析。结果2002—2018年中国疾控中心专利申请呈上升趋势,共申请专利630件,其中发明专利有541件,比例为85.9%;寄生虫病所申请专利数最高,为173件;传染病所授权专利最高,为60件;专利申请的技术领域主要是微生物(细菌、病毒等)检测方法的研发和优化。结论中国疾控中心专利整体趋势良好,但专利质量有待进一步提高。应为科技人员搭建科技转化平台,增强科技人员专利申请意识,完善专利管理制度,推动科技成果转化。
Objective To understand the patent application and authorization since the establishment of Chinese Center for Disease Control and prevention,and to provide suggestions for patent management,science and technology innovation of disease prevention and control.Methods Based on the network of Patent Search and Analysis of National Intellectual Property Administration,PRC,searching and collecting the patent applications of China CDC since foundation,and ana⁃lyzing the patent application trend,legal status,application agencies,and technical fields,etc.Results From 2002 to 2018,the patent application of China CDC showed an upward trend,with 630 patents applied.There were 541 invention patents,the proportion was 85.9%.The number of patents application of National Institute of Parasitic Diseases of China CDC was the highest,and the number was 173.The number of patents authorized by the National Infectious diseases In⁃stitute was the highest,and the number was 60.The main technical fields of patent application were concentrated on the development and optimization of detection methods for microorganisms(bacteria and viruses,etc).Conclusion The overall trend of patent of China CDC is good,but the quality of patents needs to be further improved.It is necessary to build a science and technology transformation platform,enhance their awareness of patent application,improve the patent management system,and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
