离子液体强化酶电催化CO_(2)转化制甲醇研究进展 被引量:3

Application and Challenge of Ionic Liquids as Co-solvent for Electro-enzymatic Conversion of CO_(2) to Methanol

摘要 二氧化碳作为典型温室气体和重要的碳源,其利用一直是研究者关注的热点。围绕生物酶催化CO_(2)生成甲醇所面临的问题,如辅酶的再生、CO_(2)低转化率等,对国内外酶电催化和离子液体作为助剂在CO_(2)酶催化,以及离子液体用于CO_(2)电化学催化等的国内外研究进展进行了总结和评价,提出离子液体生物酶催化CO_(2)生成甲醇新方案,为未来生物酶催化CO_(2)发展提供了新思路。 Utilization of carbon dioxide(CO_(2)) has attracted great research interests, because CO_(2) is both a typical greenhouse gas and renewable carbon resource. This review mainly summarized and reviewed the research work linked to the challenges in the enzymatic conversion of CO_(2), such as NADH regeneration and low CO_(2) conversion efficiency. Based on the summary on the electro-enzymatic conversion of CO_(2),ionic liquids for the enzymatic conversion of CO_(2), and ionic liquids for the electrochemical conversion of CO_(2), we suggested applying ionic liquids as co-solvent in the enzymatic conversion of CO_(2) to methanol and coupling it with the reduction of NAD+ to NADH by electrocatalysis, providing a novel pathway for producing methanol from CO_(2).
