摘要 本文研究了一类具有饱和传染率、垂直感染和免疫接种的SEIR传染病模型,得到了模型的基本再生数、无病平衡点和地方平衡点.通过对基本再生数的讨论和分析,证明了预防接种下无病平衡点和地方平衡点的稳定性. In this paper,the SEIR epidemic model with saturated contact rate,vertical infection and vaccination is studied.The basic reproduction number,disease-free equilibrium and local equilibrium of the model are obtained.By discussing and analyzing the basic reproduction number,the stability of disease-free equilibrium and local equilibrium under vaccination is proved.
