摘要
多粘菌素B(PMB)是一种广泛用于治疗由革兰阴性细菌引发疾病的药物,为了便于医学使用过程对多粘菌素B剂量的快速标定,本研究以锰掺杂硫化锌量子点为发光材料,基于多粘菌素B可通过静电聚集诱导增强锰掺杂硫化锌量子点室温磷光信号的机制,建立了一种可快速检测与标定药剂中多粘菌素B的方法.在优化的检测条件下,锰掺杂硫化锌量子点磷光信号变化比率(P/P_(0))与多粘菌素B浓度之间具有良好的线性响应关系,线性范围为0.1μg·mL^(-1)~8.0μg·mL^(-1),检出限为0.03μg·mL^(-1),所建立的方法具有良好的选择性及灵敏性,可用于医药制剂中多粘菌素B的快速检测与含量标定.
Polymyxin B(PMB)is a widely used drug for treatment of various diseases caused by gram-negative bacteria.In order to facilitate rapid calibration of PMB for medical use,a method for rapid detection and calibration of Polymyxin B has been developed,in which the phosphorescence signal of Mn-doped ZnS QDs can be enhanced by the surface aggregation induced effect.Under the optimized conditions,the RTP intensity ratio P/P_(0) of Mn-Doped ZnS QDs was linearly in proportion to the concentration of PMB in the range of 0.1μg·mL^(-1)~8.0μg·mL^(-1),and the limit of detection was 0.03μg·mL^(-1).The proposed method presented good selectivity and sensitivity,thus providing an alternative method for detection of PMB in pharmaceutical preparations.
