舞台装置和情景再造一直贯穿陈维的摄影和装置创作。近年来,他不断将这种工作方式延伸至展览现场,通过摄影、多媒体装置结合置景的形式展现给公众。本次艺术家陈维的个展“GoodNight”以艺术家自2013年起持续创作的“新城”系列为主体,以新作《新站》和《大玻璃/24小时》为其延续,共展出二十余件近十年的摄影、装置及现场情境作品。艺术家以夜为幕,带我们进入对城市的想象,以及个体身处其中的状态。

Stage installation and scene reconstruction have been through Chen Wei’s photography and installation creation.In recent years,he continues to extend this way of working to exhibition site,through photography,multimedia installation combined with the form of setting to the public.The artist Chen Wei’s sole exhibition“Good Night”is based on the series of“New City”that the artist has been continuously creating since 2013,and continues with his new works“New Station”and“Big Glass/24 Hours”.A total of more than 20 pieces of photography,installation and scene works of the past decade are exhibited.The artist uses the night as a curtain to bring us into the imagination of the city and the state of the individual in it.
