应力加载历史对铁磁性材料压磁磁场演变规律的影响 被引量:4

INFLUENCE OF STRESS LOADING HISTORY ON THE EVOLUTION OF PIEZOMAGNETIC FIELD OF FERROMAGNETIC MATERIALS

摘要 为了进一步明确历史应力对材料疲劳性能的影响,引入了压磁磁场作为新的损伤指标,对30Cr合金钢进行了循环变幅应力逐级加载试验,采用磁通门磁通仪对试件周围磁场进行整个加载过程中的在线监测,研究了试件在经历了不同的历史最大应力后,其压磁磁场在循环应力作用下的演变规律,并且分析了压磁磁场在材料发生不同程度的疲劳损伤时的特征表现。对其进行分析的结果表明:历史最大应力使得材料内部发生位错和微裂纹,对后续的疲劳加载有明显的影响。 In order to further clarify the influence of stress on the fatigue test performance of the materials,the piezomagnetic field was introduced as a new damage indicator.A series of stress-controlled tests were carried out on 30Cr alloy steel.A fluxgate flux meter was used to test the surrounding magnetic field of the specimen during the whole loading process.The evolution of the piezomagnetic field under cyclic stress was studied after the specimen has experienced different maximum stresses.Besides,the characteristics of magnetic field in different degrees of fatigue damage were analyzed.The analysis results show that the historical maximum stress leads to dislocations and microcracks in the material,which has an obvious effect on the subsequent fatigue loading.
