纳米TiO_(2)-PFS复合絮凝剂的制备及在有机废水处理中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 采用凝胶-溶胶法制备了纳米TiO_(2),再与PFS通过超声波分散法制备得到纳米TiO_(2)-PFS复合絮凝剂。通过正交实验确定了合成的最佳条件。实验结果表明,配比的影响远远大于温度,当质量分数为15%的纳米TiO_(2)与85%的PFS复合,合成温度为65℃时,COD去除率达到了最大。将PFS与制得的纳米TIO_(2)-PFS复合絮凝剂进行对比,结果表明,复合絮凝剂对有机废水COD的去除远远大于PFS,当复合絮凝剂的投入量为4mg·(200mL)^(-1)时,有机废水的去除率达到80%。 Nano-TiO_(2)was prepared by gel sol-gel method,and then reacted with PFS to prepare Nano-TiO_(2)-PFS composite flocculants by ultrasonic dispersion.The orthogonal experiment was used to obtain the optimum synthesis conditions.The experimental results showed that the influence of the raw material ratio was much greater than the temperature,and the COD removal rate reached the maximum when the mass fraction of 15%nano-TiO_(2)and 85%PFS were combined and the synthesis temperature was 65℃.The results showed that the COD removal rate of composite flocculant was much higher than PFS.At the same time,when the dosage of composite flocculant was 4mg/200mL,the removal rate of organic wastewater was up to 80%.
