摘要
随着钻井技术的进步,两井眼间连通的实现成为可能。井眼间精确测量工具(测距工具/连通工具)是井眼能否成功连通的决定因素之一,工具的选择和使用也是连通技术的关键所在,因此了解测距工具对连通工艺十分重要。该文通过对目前世界范围内测距工具的深入调研,研究各工具性能特点,总结测距工具的技术关键点,提出了工具的选择思路,可作为现场连通作业的参考。结果表明,井间精确测量工具可消除上部井段轨迹误差,明确两井相对位置,为连通提供可能;连通井工具的选择需要从连通方式、目标井可入性、接入管柱情况等方面综合考虑。
With the development of drilling technology,it is possible to realize the complex process of wellbore intersection.Precise survey tools including ranging tools and communication tools are one of the core factors to determine whether the well can be intersected successfully.The selection and use of intersection tools are the key to intersection technologies.Therefore,it is very important to understand the communication tools for the intersection process.In this thesis,by investigating the current world-wide ranging tools and studying the performance characteristics of each tool,the key points of most typical survey tools are concluded,which can be used as a meaningful reference of well intersection for field work.The results show that the precise survey tools can eliminate the trajectory error of the upper section,clarify the relative position of the two wells,and provide the possibility for intersection.The selection of intersecting well tools needs to be comprehensively considered from the aspects of connecting mode,target well availability and connecting string.
