中国经济学的中国传统文化基因简论:宏观视角

A Brief Study of Chinese Traditional Culture Genes in Chinese Economics:A Macro Perspective

习近平同志要求构建中国经济学需要融入中国传统文化基因。本文将对中国传统文化基因中的“以民为本”“天人合一”“世界大同”和“宏观治理”四大方面的传统思想进行分析。对于“以民为本”“天人合一”和“世界大同”思想,首先研究各个思想的提出与传承,其次分析各个思想中蕴含的经济学意义,接着探讨各思想的政治学意义,最后再寻找其思想的当代意义。“宏观治理”是对包括国家治理、轻税薄赋、富民强国、货币流通和开源节流四个主要方面的传统思想进行简要论述,从而为中国经济学的宏观调控理论提供中国传统文化基因性支持。

Comrade Xi Jinping demands that the construction of Chinese economics should be integrated into the genes of traditional Chinese culture.This paper will analyze the traditional thoughts of“people-oriented”,“nature and humanity”“world unity”and“macro-governance”in the genes of Chinese traditional culture.For the thoughts of“people-oriented”,“nature and humanity”and“world unity”,first study the ideas put forward and inherited,and then analyze the economic significance contained in each thought,then explore the political significance of each thought,and finally look for the contemporary significance of their ideas.“Macro-governance”includes four main aspects of national governance,light tax,rich and powerful,currency circulation and open source savings and other four major aspects of the traditional thought of brief discussion,so as to provide the macro-control theory of Chinese economic science to provide the genetic support of Chinese traditional culture.
