A Review on the Research on Impacts of Artificial Intelligence on Labor Market

自21世纪以来,人工智能的大发展在为经济“提质赋能”的同时,也对劳动力市场带来了巨大的影响。本文就人工智能对劳动力市场和收入分配的影响研究进行了系统的整理和回顾,着重梳理了人工智能对劳动力就业的冲击及其形成的净效应、人工智能对就业结构和收入分配不平等的影响等研究,并在此基础上,归纳和总结了减缓人工智能对劳动力市场冲击的政策和建议。

Since the 21st century,the great development of artificial intelligence(AI)not only improves the quality of economy,but also has a great impact on the labor market.This paper systematically reviews the research on the impact of AI on labor market and income distribution,analyzes the negative impact of AI on labor employment and its net effect,the impact of AI on employment structure and income distribution inequality,and on this basis,summarizes the policies and suggestions to mitigate the impact of AI on labor market.
