摘要
以某大棚三轮运输车车架为研究对象,重点论述了对大棚运输车车架的设计方案、强度分析及优化思路。运用Pro/E软件对车架模型进行简化与建立,利用ANSYS软件分析了车架变形与结构应力情况,为三轮运输车安全与节能设计提供了理论验证。同时,对车架进行了模态分析,根据分析结果提出了悬架点的优化方案和加强后轴处部件刚度和纵梁拐角处倒圆角的优化方案,有效提高了车架疲劳寿命。
Taking the frame of a greenhouse three-wheeled transport vehicle as the research object,this paper focuses on the design scheme,strength analysis and optimization of the frame of the greenhouse transport vehicle.The frame model is simplified and established by Pro/E software,and the frame deformation and structural stress are analyzed by ANSYS software,which provides theoretical verification for the safety and energy-saving design of three-wheeled transport vehicles.At the same time,the modal analysis of the frame is carried out,and according to the analysis results,the optimization scheme of the suspension point and the optimization scheme of strengthening the stiffness of the parts at the rear axle and the fillet at the corner of the longitudinal beam are put forward,which effectively improves the fatigue life of the frame.
