摘要
通过理论公式计算了浮动密封中浮封圈的过盈量,选择最佳的公差配合。并通过仿真软件模拟装配过程,发现在不同浮封座间隙下,胶圈的变形率都在合理的范围内,验证了该公差配合和一系列理论公式的正确性,为通过计算过盈量选择合适的公差配合的方法提供了依据。
The interference amount of the floating seal ring in the floating seal is calculated by the theoretical formula,and the best tolerance fit is selected.Through the simulation of assembly process by simulation software,it is found that the deformation rate of the aprons under different gaps of the floating seal seat is within a reasonable range,which verifies the correctness of the tolerance fit and a series of theoretical formulas.It provides a basis for this method of selecting an appropriate tolerance fit by calculating the interference.
