降雨作用下陶瓷透水路面砖淤堵规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探究陶瓷透水路面砖在西北地区应用中面临的淤堵问题,基于西北地区雨水径流特征分析结果,利用黄土配制堵塞溶液,采用自行研制的渗透与淤堵试验装置,对陶瓷透水路面砖的淤堵规律进行了室内试验研究。结果表明:随淤堵时间的延长,陶瓷透水路面砖的渗透系数逐渐减小,衰减过程可分为快速衰减阶段、缓慢衰减阶段和稳定阶段,拟合结果表明,其衰减趋势基本符合指数关系;淤堵试验结束后,其表面、内部以及透过砖体的堵塞颗粒物粒径分布特征相似;同时,通过对比陶瓷透水路面砖清理维护处理前后中渗透系数,表明实际应用中采用机械清扫和真空抽吸相结合的维护方式,能起到良好的清理维护效果。 In order to explore the clogging problem faced by ceramic permeable pavement brick in the Northwest area of China,the clogging solution was prepared using the loess particles according to the test results of rainwater runoff in the Northwest area of China.In addition,the infiltrating and clogging test device was developed for indoor clogging experiments of ceramic permeable pavement brick.The results show that the permeability coefficient gradually decreases with the increase of clogging time,and the decreasing process can be divided into three stages:quick decreasing stage,slow decreasing stage and stable stage.The fitting results show that the decreasing tendency of permeability coefficient basically conforms to the exponential relation.By the end of the clogging experiment,a similar size distribution of particles on the brick’s surface,inside the brick and passing through the brick has been found.At the same time,according to the comparison of permeability coefficient before and after maintaining,it shows that the combination of mechanical cleaning and vacuum suction can better maintain the permeability capacity of the ceramic permeable pavement brick.
