摘要
分别采用界面聚合法和水热合成法制备了相变微胶囊和金属有机骨架材料MIL-100(Fe),随后通过物理研磨将2种材料混合得到复合温湿调控材料。利用气候箱对复合温湿调控材料的湿缓冲值和传湿系数进行了测试。结果表明,复合温湿调控材料的湿缓冲值为1.38 g/(m^(2)·%RH),传湿系数为4.20×10^(-8) kg/(m·s·Pa),该材料具有良好的湿缓冲能力,可作为调控材料用于室内湿度控制。
Micro-encapsulated phase change materials and metal-organic framework material MIL-100(Fe)were prepared by interfacial polymerization and hydrothermal synthesis respectively,and then the composite hygrothermal control material were obtained by physical grinding.The moisture buffer value and the moisture transfer coefficient of the hygrothermal control materials were tested using a climate box.The results show that the moisture buffer value of the composites is 1.38 g/(m^(2)·%RH),and the moisture transfer coefficient is 4.20×10^(-8) kg/(m·s·Pa).The composite hygrothermal control material shows good moisture buffer capacity and can be used for indoor humidity control.
