老年银屑病患者的临床特征分析

Clinical characteristics of elderly patients with psoriasis

目的探讨老年银屑病患者的临床特征及其共病情况。方法回顾性分析186例年龄≥60岁的老年银屑病患者和166例年龄<60岁的非老年银屑病患者在临床特征上的差异。结果与非老年银屑病患者相比,老年银屑病患者发病较晚,关节病性银屑病的比例、银屑病累及头皮和关节及甲的比例明显增高。老年银屑病患者常并发高血压、糖尿病、高尿酸血症、心血管疾病和抑郁/焦虑等。结论老年银屑病患者存在特有的临床特征,更容易并发代谢异常,老年共病的发生率更高。

Objective To investigate the clinical features and comorbidities of the elderly patients with psoriasis.Methods The clinical characteristics of 186 elderly patients(age≥60)with psoriasis and 166 non-elderly patients(age<60)with psoriasis were retrospectively analyzed and compared.Results The onset time of elderly patients with psoriasis was relatively late.The incidence of arthropathic psoriasis was significantly increased in the elderly.The skin lesions in elderly patients with psoriasis often involved scalp,articulus and nails.The elderly patients with psoriasis were often combined with hypertension,diabetes,hyperuricemia,cardiovascular diseases and mood disorders(depression or anxiety,etc).Conclusion The elderly patients with psoriasis had characteristic clinical manifestations with a higher incidence of metabolic abnormalities and comorbidities.
