摘要
通过梳理工匠精神的历史发展与价值特点,分析工匠精神对高职学前教育教师专业发展的意义,从教学相长、理念重塑、战略引领三个角度探讨相关培养路径。
Through combing the historical development and value characteristics of the craftsman spirit,analyze the significance of craftsmanship to the professional development of preschool teachers in higher vocational education,and explore relevant training paths from three perspectives:teaching mutual strength,concept reshaping and strategic guidance.
