摘要
华为松山湖终端项目一期外墙装饰工程中,通过在砖幕墙龙骨体系中设置通长横向支撑角钢解决了砖砌体的高厚比问题;在水平缝中设置不锈钢水平约束网与不锈钢水平拉结件,解决了强风压作用下清水砖装饰墙的结构安全问题;通过清水砖装饰墙与结构外墙间形成的空气夹层,满足了建筑节能的要求;在底部设多道防水构造,减少了清水砖装饰墙泛碱与结构外墙渗水现象。应用现代施工技术完成的钢龙骨承重体系清水砖装饰墙,还原了欧式古典建筑的砌筑风格,保证了在强台风下的结构稳定,满足了对空间及节能等方面的要求。
In external wall decoration project of Huawei Songshan Lake Terminal project phase I,transverse through support angular steel was set in the brick curtain wall joist system,to solve the height-thickness proportion of brick masonry;stainless steel horizontal constraint net and stainless horizontal drawing component were set in horizontal joints,successfully solving the structure safety problem under strong wind pressure;the air-interlayer structure between the ganged brick decoration wall and structural external wall could satisfy the energy conservation requirement;multiple waterproof structures were set at bottom to reduce such defects as alkalization of ganged brick decoration wall and water penetration of structural external wall.The steel joist bearing system ganged brick decoration wall by modern construction technique reproduced the masonry features of European classical ancient building,guaranteed the structural stability under strong Typhoon and satisfied the requirement for space and energy conservation.
