摘要
北京市通州区运河核心区Ⅷ04地块地下车库,深基坑及局部深坑降水与护壁工程中,采用地下连梁、预埋无砂管后潜水泵抽水、抗渗混凝土隔水、灰砂砖护壁等综合施工技术措施,解决了深基坑局部加深坑内的降水与坑内护壁,确保了坑内防水等工序的正常施工,取得了良好的技术与经济效益。
The Tongzhou canal core Ⅷ 04 plot underground garage,local elevator shaft in deep foundation pit and deeper pit precipitation and construction engineering,and protecting the underground coupling beam,embed sand free after submersible pumping,water permeability concrete,com-prehensive construction technology measures,such as the lime-sand brick wall effectively solves the local deeper pit deep foundation pit precipitation and a pit bull,to ensure the normal construction pit waterproof construction process,such as,achieved good technical and economic benefits.
