摘要
针对0.35mm硅钢片的冲裁加工难点,为提高落料模具寿命与单次冲裁次数,通过对模具材料优化,设计出包含两种模块材料并配合多间隙的模具组合优化研究方案,并通过一副定子冲片落料模具对该方案进行了验证,获得针对0.35mm硅钢片的模具优化设计方案,其冲裁次数及模具寿命均得到提高。
In view of the blanking difficulties of 0.35mm silicon steel sheet,in order to improve the blanking die life and single blanking times,this topic,through the optimization of the selection of die material,designs a combination optimization research scheme with a pair of die containing two kinds of module materials and multi gaps,and verifies the scheme through a pair of stator blanking die,and obtains the die optimization design scheme for 0.35mm silicon steel sheet whose single blanking times and die life are improved.
