从精准扶贫思想逻辑进路看中国共产党的初心和使命

Viewing the original aspiration and mission of the Communist Party of China from the logical approach of the thought of targeted poverty alleviation

基于精准扶贫精准脱贫视角,探讨中国共产党的初心和使命,从历史、现实、技术、价值四个逻辑维度对精准扶贫思想进行了深层次解读。研究发现:精准扶贫思想是在守正与创新中坚守党的初心和使命,是在回应时代发展新要求中彰显党的初心和使命,是在治理有效中践行党的初心和使命。立足于为贫困农民谋幸福的价值逻辑,精准扶贫思想的提出及实施充分彰显了新时代中国共产党人决战决胜贫困的信心、勇气、责任与担当精神,充分体现了中国共产党人为中国人民谋幸福、为中华民族谋复兴的初心和使命。

From the perspective of targeted poverty alleviation, this paper discusses the original aspiration and mission of CPC, deeply analyzes and explains the concept of targeted poverty alleviation at four logical dimensions of history, reality, technology and value. It is found that the concept of targeted poverty alleviation embodies the adherence to the CPC′s original aspiration and mission while sticking to integrity and innovation, highlights CPC′s original aspiration and mission in response to new development requirements of the times, and implements CPC′s original aspiration and mission in the practice of effective governance. Based on the value logic of pursuing wellbeing for poor peasants, CPC proposes and implements the concept of targeted poverty alleviation. It fully manifests CPC′s confidence, courage, responsibility and sense of responsibility when determining to fight and win the combat against poverty in the new era, and fully reflects CPC′s original aspiration and mission of seeking happiness for the Chinese people and striving for a great rejuvenation for the Chinese nation.
