The production process of chlor-alkali plant in Heilongjiang Haohua Chemical Co.,Ltd.is introduced.Problems occurred in production,including acid water running out in the pickling process of HVM filters,trip due to voltage sag in primary brine procedure,ion-exchange membrane acidification,excessive calcium and magnesium ions in salt water,and the blockage of cathode liquid inlet hose,etc.The corresponding solutions to these problems are put forward.
