摘要
通过材料基础实验测试研究,获取胶类和金属材料力学性能,并基于ABAQUS/EXPLICIT有限元仿真软件,建立车身胶类和钣金零件的热变形有限元模型,对烘烤过程中胶的变形及其对钣金的变形影响进行预测和分析,最终获得了热力耦合作用下的全场应力-应变分布。结果表明,所建立的仿真模型模拟结果与实测结果吻合较好,胶类零件与钣金零件在烘烤过程中变形不协调,这是造成车门外板和侧围C柱局部变形较大的主要原因。通过在产品早期设计阶段指导胶类零件结构优化,避免车身薄板零件表面质量问题,为解决胶与钣金不协调热变形问题提供了理论指导,有助于缩短开发周期和降低制造成本。
The mechanical properties of adhesive and metal materials were obtained by material basic experiment and research,the finite element model of hot deformation of car body adhesive and sheet metal parts was established based on the ABAQUS/EXPLICIT finite element simulation software. The deformation of the adhesive and its effect on the deformation of sheet metal in curing process were predicted and analyzed,and the whole field stress-strain distribution under the thermal and mechanical coupling was finally obtained. The results show that the simulation results of the established simulation model are in good agreement with the measured results,and the deformation of adhesive and sheet metal parts is not coordinated in curing process,which is the main reason for the larger local deformation of the car door outside panel and side C-pillar. By guiding the structure optimization of adhesive parts in the early stage of product design,the surface quality problem of car body sheet parts is avoided,and the theoretical guidance is provided for solving the thermal deformation problem of adhesive and sheet metal,which is helpful to shorten the development cycle and reduce the manufacturing cost.
