几种典型管路材料在流动海水中的冲刷腐蚀行为 被引量:8

摘要 为验证舰船中几种不同常用海水管路的耐冲刷腐蚀性能,测试了907钢、316L不锈钢、B10铜镍合金、TA2钛合金4种管路材料在不同海水流速下的耐冲刷腐蚀特性。通过腐蚀失重、电位测量、动电位极化手段分析了4种管路在1,3,5 m/s下的耐蚀性。结果表明:TA2在1,3,5 m/s流速海水冲刷下均未产生腐蚀失重,B10、316L、907的腐蚀速率随流速的增大而增加。TA2冲刷试验稳定电位随冲刷速度的加快有一定正移的趋势,且电位始终最正,B10、316L、907的电位随流速的增加无明显变化。从腐蚀角度出发,TA2材质耐腐蚀性能良好,是理想的耐海水冲刷管路材料。 In order to verify the erosion and corrosion resistance of several different common seawater pipelines in ship,the erosion and corrosion resistance characteristics of 4 kinds of pipelines material were tested in the seawaters flows with different flow rates.The corrosion resistance of 907 steel,316 L stainless steel,B10 copper-nickel alloy,and TA2 titanium alloy pipeline at the flow rate of 1,3,and 5 m/s was analyzed by the means of corrosion weight loss,potential measurement,and potentiodynamic polarization.Results showed that TA2 presented no obvious corrosion weight loss under 1,3,5 m/s,while the corrosion rate of B10,316 L,and 907 increased with the increase of flow rate.In the TA2 scour test,the stable potential had a certain positive trend with the increase of the scouring speed,and the potential was always the most positive.Meanwhile,the potentials of B10,316 L,and 907 had no significant change with the increase of flow rate.In terms of corrosion,TA2 material possessed good corrosion resistance,which could be an ideal pipe material for seawater scour resistance.
