摘要
为了探究石墨烯改性锌粉底漆经过长期贮存后的稳定性及防腐蚀性能变化,采用不同方法制备的石墨烯粉体配制了石墨烯改性锌粉环氧涂料,对经长期贮存后的石墨烯分离物分别进行拉曼光谱、透射电镜和扫描电镜等测试分析,利用中性盐雾试验(NSS)测试了石墨烯改性锌粉底漆的耐蚀性。结果表明:在合理的锌粉底漆配方下,采用爆燃法制备的石墨烯粉体与市售涂料用氧化还原法制备的相比,前者制备的石墨烯改性锌粉底漆的耐盐雾性能更为优异,稳定性更好。
Aiming at exploring the stability and corrosion resistance changes of graphene-modified zinc powder primer after long-term storage,graphene-modified zinc powder epoxy coatings were prepared with graphene powders obtained by different methods.After long-term storage,the isolated graphene were analyzed by Raman spectrum,transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope.The corrosion resistance of graphene-modified zinc powder primer was evaluated by neutral salt spray test(NSS).Results showed that under the reasonable formula of zinc powder primer,with comparing graphene powders prepared by deflagration method and oxidation-reduction method,the graphene-modified zinc powder primer using the former powders possessed better salt spray resistance and better stability.
