0.5MPa蒸汽过剩原因分析及优化调整

摘要 介绍了化工系统满负荷运行时,0.5MPa蒸汽管网一直存在季节性放空的现象,通过对0.5MPa蒸汽产生与消耗情况进行对比分析,查找过剩原因。针对蒸汽过剩问题,提出将低温甲醇洗甲醇/水/HCN分离塔与酚氨回收脱酸塔、脱氨塔再沸器加热蒸汽进行改造,由1.5MPa蒸汽改为0.5MPa蒸汽,回收利用0.5MPa蒸汽,使0.5MPa蒸汽管网实现自平衡,同时减少使用热电站提供的1.5MPa蒸汽消耗,从而降低锅炉负荷,减少燃料煤用量,实现节能降耗和降低成本。 When the chemical system is running at full load,there has always been seasonal venting in the 0.5MPa steam pipe network.By comparing and analyzing the generation and consumption of 0.5MPa steam,this paper aims to discover the causes for the surplus.In order to solve the problem of surplus steam,the paper proposes to reform the methanol/water/HCN separating column in the Rectisol unit,the phenol-ammonia recovery and deacidification column and the reboiler in the deamination column for steam heating,namely,the steam is depressured from 1.5MPa to 0.5MPa,and 0.5MPa steam is recycled to realize self-balance in the 0.5MPa steam pipe network.Meanwhile,the consumption of 1.5MPa steam provided by thermal power station is reduced,so as to lower boiler load,cut fuel coal consumption and realize energy conservation and cost reduction.
