Health Behaviors Among Residents in Pudong New Area

目的:调查浦东新区居民主要健康行为,为开展健康行为干预提供依据。方法:采用国家统一的问卷对浦东新区2746位居民进行健康行为问卷调查。结果:被调查居民吸烟率为27.99%,饮酒率为25.35%,参加体育锻炼率为64.04%,健康体检率为65.55%,每天刷牙率为97.05%。吸烟人群中开始吸烟的平均年龄为21.42岁,戒烟率为25.56%。参加锻炼的居民平均锻炼时间为49.85分钟。结论:浦东新区居民健康体检率和体育锻炼率较高,居民的吸烟、饮酒率较高,居民的健康档案知晓率较低。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the main health behaviors among residents in Pudong New Area, and to provide basis for health behavior intervention. METHODS 2 746 residents were investigate by national unified questionnaire. RESULTS Among the surveyed residents, the rates of smoking was 27.99%, the rates of drinking was 25.35%, the rates of physical exercise was 64.04%, the rate of health check-up was 65.55%, the rate of brushing teeth everyday was 97.05%. The average age of smokers who started smoking was 21.42, the rate of smoking cessation was 25.56%. The average time of people who did exercise was 49.85 minutes. CONCLUSION The rates of health check-up, physical exercise, drinking and smoking among residents in Pudong New Area were higher. The awareness rate of residents’ health records was low.
