21世纪以来我国人民民主研究述评

A Review on People’s Democracy Studies in China since the 21st Century

21世纪以来,国内关于人民民主的研究集中在两个方面:一是基本内涵,主要围绕人民民主是社会主义的生命、人民民主是全过程的民主、人民民主的真谛展开;二是关于人民民主的横向比较研究,主要涉及人民民主与党内民主、人民民主与国家治理以及人民民主与协商民主的关系。已有研究推动了我国民主政治研究和发展的进程,但在研究思路和方法等方面还有进一步探索的空间。此外,在当今世界百年未有大变局之际,复合民主尤其是治理民主概念的提出为我国民主话语权的构建提供了重要支撑,未来也将被赋予更多的责任和使命。

Since the 21st century,the research on people’s democracy in China has focused on the basic connotation and horizontal comparative study of people’s democracy.The former mainly centers on the study of the philosophies that people’s democracy is the life of socialism,people’s democracy involves the overall process from democratic election to democratic supervision,and the essence of the people’s democracy is that the people get to discuss their own affairs.The latter mainly covers the research on the relationships between people’s democracy and the Party’s democracy,people's democracy and national governance,and people’s democracy and consultative democracy.The current research has promoted the process of the research and development of democratic politics in China,but there is still room for further exploration in research ideas and methods.In addition,the concept of compound democracy,especially the concept of governing democracy,has provided an important support for the construction of democratic discourse right in China at present time when the world has been undergoing major changes that had never been seen since the last century,and it will thus shoulder more responsibilities and missions in the future.
