美多巴联合增强型体外反搏治疗血管性帕金森综合征效果分析

Effect of Madopar combined with enhanced external counterpulsation in the treatment of vascular Parkinson syndrome

目的探讨美多巴联合增强型体外反搏治疗血管性帕金森综合征的效果。方法回顾性分析2017年10月—2019年9月于佛山市顺德区伦教医院治疗的60例血管性帕金森综合征患者,根据不同的治疗方法分为观察组与对照组。观察组:采用美多巴联合增强型体外反搏治疗患者33例,对照组:单纯采用美多芭治疗患者27例。比较2组患者治疗4周、8周、12周后的帕金森综合评分量表(UPDRS)评分、临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果对照组治疗总有效率明显低于观察组(P<0.05);治疗4周、8周、12周后UPDRS评分观察组患者明显低于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美多巴联合增强型体外反搏治疗血管性帕金森综合征,可提高临床疗效,降低不良反应的发生,具有推广价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Madopar combined with enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP)in the treatment of Vascular Parkinson Syndrome.Methods 60 cases of Vascular Parkinson Syndrome treated in our hospital from October 2017 to September 2019 were analyzed retrospectively,and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods.Observation Group:Madopar combined with enhanced external counterpulsation treatment of 33 patients,Control Group:Only madopar treatment of 27 patients.Parkinson comprehensive rating scale(UPDRS)scores,clinical outcomes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups at 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment.Results Aftert reatment,the effective rate in control group was significantly lower than that in Observation Group(P<0.05)and the UPDRS score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05)after 4,8 and12 weeks of treatment The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the Control Group(P<0.05).Conclusion Madopar combined with enhanced external counterpulsation in the treatment of Vascular Parkinson’s syndrome can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
