微针毛发种植术在重建发际线轮廓的临床应用

Clinical application of hairline reconstruction with microacupuncture

目的探讨采用微针种植在发际线轮廓重建中的方法和效果。方法自2018年1 月~2020年9月,对 95例患者进行发际线重建。将毛囊单位细分成单根细毛,单根粗毛,双根细毛,双根粗毛,采用微针即插即种单根双根依次植入,挑选细软毛发植在边缘;毛发交错排列;移植密度边缘及鬓角35 FUs/cm^(2),两侧额角密度约50 FUs/cm^(2),分缝处与中间部位50-60 FUs/cm^(2);植入毛发角度与邻近毛发相同,双根细软毛发只种在鬓角区。结果从移植后毛发密度、方向和角度、分布和粗细、发际线形状,与面部整体协调性、有无毛囊炎等并发症进行问卷调查,患者自我评价:非常满意者 78例,满意者 17 例。结论采用微针种植重建发际线轮廓,能一期手术获得理想的效果。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of hairline reconstruction with Microacupuncture.Method From January 2018 to September 2020,95 patients underwent hairline reconstruction with Microacupuncture.The Follicular units were composed of single hairs and couples.The finest single hairs.the coarse single hairs,the finest couple hairs.the coarse couple hairs were selected.The finest single ones were arranged in the hairline margin.And the follicular units were arranged as single hairs,couple hairs in order.The finest couple hairs were arranged just for the temporal hairlines in wemens.The transplantation density for the edge and the temporal was 35 FUs/cm^(2).The frontal angle density was about 50 FUs/cm^(2),and the seam lines and the middle parts were 50-60FUs/cm^(2).The Direction and angle between the transplanted hair and skin was similar with the hairs surrounding.Results The questionnaire survey was conducted about the hair density,direction and angle,distribution,hairline shape,overall coordination with the face,folliculitis or other complications after transplantation.All patients were satisfied with the efficacy.Conclusion Reconstruction of hairline with Microacupuncture could produce a asthetically hairline in the primary surgery.
