不同地域痤疮患者中医体质特点探析

Analysis of TCM constitution characteristics of acne patients in different regions

目的通过对不同地域的痤疮人群中医体质流行病学调查,分析不同地域痤疮患者中医体质特点,探讨痤疮患者的发病因素,为临床中医药防治痤疮提供依据。方法对从2009年4月1日~2021年4月27日,在国内外期刊发表的有关痤疮与中医体质相关性的调查文献,以"痤疮""粉刺""体质""中医体质"为检索词进行检索。将最终纳入的文献,根据所在地区分别纳入我国七大地理区域,分析各地域痤疮人群的体质类型的特点。结果共检索502篇文献,有22篇符合要求,调查范围涉及我国七大地理区域,发现在华北、华东、华中、华南、西南这五个区域,湿热质占比最高;西北地域以阴虚质占比最高,东北地域以痰湿质占比最高。结论不同地域间痤疮患者的中医体质类型存在差异,同一地域的不同地区,由于患者来源的不同,也可能存在较大的差异,湿热仍为痤疮发病的重要因素,因虚致病也已经成为痤疮发病的一个重要因素。

Objective Through the epidemiological investigation of TCM constitution of acne patients in different regions,to analyze the characteristics of TCM constitution of acne patients in different regions,to explore the pathogenesis factors of acne patients,and to provide the basis for the clinical prevention and treatment of acne with TCM.Methods The investigation literatures on the correlation between acne and TCM constitution published in domestic and foreign journals from April 1,2009 to April 27,2021 were searched by using"acne","constitution"and"TCM constitution"as the search terms.The final included literatures were included into seven geographical regions of China according to their respective regions,and the characteristics of the constitution types of acne population in each region were analyzed.Results A total of 502 literatures were retrieved,and 22 of them met the requirements.The survey scope involved seven geographical regions in China.It was found that five regions of North China,East China,Central China,South China and Southwest China had the highest ratio of Wet-heat type.The proportion of Yin-deficiency type in the northwest region is the highest,and that of phlegm-wetness type in the northeast region is the highest.Conclusion There are differences in TCM constitution types of acne patients in different regions.Different regions in the same region may also have great differences due to the different sources of patients.Wet-heat are still important factors in the pathogenesis of acne,and the pathogenesis due to deficiency has also become an important factor in the pathogenesis of acne.
