光电技术治疗黄褐斑的研究进展

黄褐斑是一种临床常见的、好发于中青年女性面部的获得性色素沉着斑,常对称分布。尽管其并不会影响患者的身体健康,但由于其好发于面部,常给患者带来很大的心理负担,严重影响患者的生活质量;由于黄褐斑的病因及发病机制尚未完全明确,因此黄褐斑的治疗也是临床中较为棘手的问题。目前国内外关于黄褐斑的治疗方法有很多,但激光仍是治疗黄褐斑的重要手段。本文就激光治疗黄褐斑的相关研究进行综述,旨在全面了解当前激光治疗黄褐斑的现状。

Melasma is a common clinically acquired pigmentation spot that occurs on the face of middle-aged and young women,often symmetrically distributed.Although it does not affect the physical health of the patient,because it occurs on the face,it often brings a great psychological burden to the patient,and seriously affects the patient’s quality of life;because the etiology and pathogenesis of melasma are not yet fully understood,Therefore,the treatment of melasma is also a more difficult problem in clinical practice.At present,there are many treatment methods for chloasma at home and abroad,but laser is still an important method for treating melasma.This article reviews the related research of laser treatment of melasma,aiming to fully understand the current status of laser treatment of melasma.
