榜样教育是对大学生开展思想政治教育工作的重要途径,具有价值引领和行为示范的价值意义。榜样的选树应遵循先进性、真实性、可学性、民主性和多元化的基本原则。高校应构建立体传播模式,把握重大时间节点开展"仪式"教育,充分发挥高校辅导员的示范作用和朋辈榜样的激励作用,以有效落实榜样教育。
