摘要
汽车转毂试验需要用到道路滑行阻力,电动客车进行道路滑行通常控制在断电状态进行,而客车滑行只能依靠其自身动力加速,某些车型在行驶中突然断电会导致电机控制器烧坏;若控制车辆在N挡状态下滑行,这样会导致电机能量参与滑行过程,导致滑行结果和不能再现车辆真实行驶阻力。文章首先列举事实说明纯电动客车直接控制N挡滑行确实存在电机能量参与,并阐明N挡滑行的这种数据为何无法使用,然后分析如何避免电机能量参与滑行,进而得出滑行试验时车辆最合理地控制状态。
The test of motor vehicle chassis dynamometer requires road resistance data in coasting test.Electric bus coasting test is usually performed with motor power-off,and the bus coasting depends on its mechanical power.However a sudden motor power-off may lead motor controller’failure,as a result,bus has to coast in gear N in which motor power may be used.As for it,the coasting test can’t make an accurate result to reflect the real road resistance in vehicle service.In this paper,first,the fact that motor power takes part in coasting in gear N is revealed,and following it illustrates the reason that coasting data in N can’t be used.And it also analyzes how to avoid using motor power in coasting test.Last,a conclusion will tell the most reasonable vehicle control in coasting test.
